Privacy
How we handle your data.
The short version
For this marketing site (incala.co): when you start a subscription, our payment provider Stripe collects your email and card details to set up billing — we never see or store your card number. We receive your email, the plan you chose, and (if you used a discount code) a record of that redemption. We send you a welcome email with your sign-in link. No marketing newsletter, no third-party advertising trackers.
For the product (incala.app): the full statutory privacy notice covers what we collect when you actually use the coaching app — coaching messages, optional voice features, profile data, consent records — and your UK GDPR rights to access, export, rectify, restrict, and delete.
Special category data: coaching content is health-adjacent and processed under explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(a)). Voice tone awareness is opt-in and off by default. Raw audio is never stored.
The full notice
The full statutory privacy notice — what we collect, why, who processes it (Anthropic for AI coaching, Hume AI for voice, Supabase for data and authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for email), retention, sub-processors, international transfers, your rights, and the age protections — lives on the app domain alongside the in-product consent controls.
