How we handle your data.
The short version
For this marketing site (incala.co):we collect your email address when you join the beta waitlist, plus an optional "I'm here as" tag (myself / parent / educator / school) to help us prioritise outreach. We send you one confirmation email and we'll be in touch as beta seats open. No marketing newsletter, no third-party tracking.
For the product (incala.app): the full statutory privacy notice covers what we collect when you actually use the coaching app — coaching messages, optional voice features, profile data, consent records — and your UK GDPR rights to access, export, rectify, restrict, and delete.
Special category data: coaching content is health-adjacent and processed under explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(a)). Voice tone awareness is opt-in and off by default. Raw audio is never stored.
