The AI coach is an AI. It can be insightful. It can also be wrong, miss context, or produce inappropriate responses. Treat it as one perspective, not as truth. Consult human professionals for anything consequential.

16 and over.The beta is open to people aged 16 and over, who consent for themselves under UK GDPR. We don't currently take registrations from under-16s; support for younger users with verified parental consent is planned but not yet enabled.
